Biography:
Larry Elias has over 30 years supermarket industry management experience and has been the Director of Sales and Merchandising with B&R Stores since 2002. He has a passion for sharing his leadership experience and helping
others to reach their goals. He has conducted numerous management
development conferences and retreats and enjoys mentoring managers.
Larry grew up in Persia, Iowa, working in his father’s grocery store that was started by his great-grandfather in 1926. He and his wife Deb are former retail business owners. They’ve been married for 33 years and have three grown children; a daughter and two sons, all of whom live in Lincoln. He is a graduate of the University of Iowa.
Larry enjoys running, hiking,
biking, weight training and enjoys reading about
leadership
and history. He is involved in church, leadership
council and serves
on the Board of Directors for
Junior Achievement of Lincoln.
