Supports the NMA Code of Ethics and the Statement of Principals
Supervises firmly, fairly and consistently
Guides employees to proper resources whenever assistance is needed
Develops a climate providing motivation, participation and opportunities for employee initiative
Effectively motivates team members to exert the effort necessary to attain organization goals
Lends support and guidance to employees
Participates in NSGC/NMA committees and/or events
Involves themselves in community service affairs
Goes above and beyond the scope of their duties
